Ginkgo Consulting LLC was established in 2009 by Jeff Chen, who was previously a principal consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a Vice President in Human Capital Information Systems at Lasalle Bank ABN AMRO. He brought his expertise to the Chicago Board of Education where he fixed a previous implementation of the Board of Education’s PeopleSoft system. Since then he has been re-engaged on many projects throughout the organization because of his proven track record of delivering successful projects.

With extensive experience in management and all parts of the software development life cycle, Jeff has expanded Ginkgo Consulting LLC to provide strategic consulting in addition to strategy execution to help organizations reach their highest potential.
